Contract Modification and Update
This process covers changes in conditions, rates, and technical characteristics throughout the contract lifecycle.
Modification of Contract Terms
Allows updates to contract terms, including duration, specific clauses, and additional services.
Every modification is documented and applied structurally to ensure traceability and legal validity.
Tariff Change
SManages the update of contracted Tariff, either at the customer’s request or due to market price adjustments.
This process includes validations and calculations to accurately apply rate changes, ensuring that billing correctly reflects the new rate from the specified date.
Tariff changes often require product modifications and/or reconfiguration in the contract versioning process.
Change in Technical Characteristics
Facilitates modifications to technical supply parameters, such as contracted power adjustments or connection type changes.
Each adjustment is coordinated with operational teams, maintaining traceability of application dates to ensure accurate billing and consumption calculations.
A technical condition change requires approval from the distributor in energy contracts, integrating with Switching for validation.
Additionally, a product change may be required if the current configuration does not meet the new technical requirements.
Contract Ownership Transfer
This process may result in either a new contract activation and termination of the previous one or a contract version update, depending on whether the new version belongs to a different customer.
Processes requests for ownership transfer in energy supply contracts, ensuring the proper transfer of rights and responsibilities.
Required documentation is verified, and regulatory controls are applied to prevent service interruptions.
