Introduction

Although the Rules Engine doesn’t have any special architecture it’s important to point out that it’s a very important component of the platform. It’s used by almost all the Wattyo Modules:

• CPQ: Compatibility, Eligibility, Validation Rules:
• Validation Manager: Validation Rules
• Billing: Quantity and Price Rules
• Composer: IF Directive and formula evaluation
• Record Requirement: Requirement Rules
• Action Plans: Condition Rules
• Orchestrator: Condition Rules

Cache Management

Although the Cache Management foundation is built it’s still not fully implemented, by it will be in the next version, as it’s a very important enhacement that must be done once the engine is stable. However, it will make use of the standard Cache capability from Salesforce and there won’t be any special architecture for it.
